By accessing the ForgeStore platform, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
ForgeStore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance.
ForgeStore is a SaaS platform enabling game server owners to create online stores selling in-game digital goods to their players. ForgeStore acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed on the platform.
To create an account, you must (a) be at least 18 years old, (b) provide accurate information, (c) maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
As a Store Owner, you agree to:
Players purchase digital goods from Store Owners via ForgeStore. Purchases are generally final. In case of issues, contact the Store Owner first, then ForgeStore if no resolution within 48h.
ForgeStore charges platform fees on each transaction per the Store Owner's plan (see pricing). Accepted payments: Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, and 50+ cryptocurrencies. Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
In case of a dispute, ForgeStore automatically collects available evidence and submits it to the payment processor. Dispute fee: $40 USD per incident, regardless of outcome, charged to the Store Owner.

Hold period: 2 business days (Stripe), 7 days (PayPal). Minimum withdrawal: $10 USD.
The ForgeStore platform, interface, and brand are the property of ForgeStore. Store Owners retain rights over their content and grant ForgeStore a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service.
ForgeStore provides the Service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeStore shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the incident.
ForgeStore may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account from your dashboard settings.
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. The parties agree to resolve any dispute in good faith.
