Which payment methods are accepted?▾

How fast is delivery after purchase?▾

Are there chargebacks with crypto?▾

What if a player pays but doesn't receive their item?▾
ForgeStore queues the command and retries automatically if your server is offline. You can also manually trigger delivery from Dashboard → Orders → Retry.
What currencies can I price my packages in?▾
EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD and more. Prices display in your store currency and convert automatically to crypto at live market rates.

How do I withdraw my earnings?▾
From your dashboard → Cashout. You can withdraw via bank transfer, PayPal, or crypto depending on your account setup.
How long until my funds are available?▾
Stripe: 2 days. PayPal: 7 days. This hold protects against disputes. More recent sales appear in the "Held" section of your cashout page.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?▾
Yes. The minimum amount is $10 to request a withdrawal.
How are my earnings calculated?▾
Earnings = Sale amount – ForgeStore fee (5%) – Processor fees (PayPal/Stripe). Everything is visible in your dashboard under Transactions.

What happens if a player files a dispute?▾
ForgeStore automatically collects evidence (IP, email, order details, timestamp) and submits it to PayPal or Stripe to contest the dispute on your behalf.
How much does a dispute cost?▾
Dispute fee: $40. This covers both the fee charged by PayPal/Stripe and ForgeStore's work handling your case. This fee applies regardless of the outcome.
⚠ If you win — the disputed amount is returned to you. You only lose the $40.
⚠ If you lose — the amount remains refunded to the player, plus the $40 fee.
How does ForgeStore help me win a dispute?▾
For every purchase, ForgeStore automatically records the player's IP address, email, timestamp, and order details. In case of a dispute, we compile this into an evidence document sent to the payment processor.
Can I avoid disputes?▾
Yes. Best protection: reliable and fast delivery, clear package descriptions, and avoiding manual refunds that can trigger double-payment claims. Crypto payments are irreversible — zero disputes possible.

How do I install the ForgeStore plugin?▾
Download the plugin from Dashboard → Plugins. Drop it in your server's plugins folder, configure the API key and store ID, then reload. Full guide: docs/plugin-api.
Which commands can I run after a purchase?▾
Any console command your server supports. Examples: lp user {player} parent set vip (Minecraft), oxide.usergroup add {player} vip (Rust). Available variables: {player}, {amount}, {order_id}.
What if the player is offline when they buy?▾
The command is queued and executes automatically the next time the player connects. The plugin checks for pending commands every 30 seconds.
Can I run multiple commands per purchase?▾
Yes. Add as many commands as needed per package — they all execute in order after payment is confirmed.
My plugin isn't connecting. What do I do?▾
Check: (1) API key matches in config.yml and Dashboard → Developers, (2) store ID is correct, (3) your server can make outbound HTTPS requests, (4) run /fs reload after changes.

How much does ForgeStore cost?▾
Free plan: $0/month + 5% per transaction. Pro plan: $18/month + 5% per transaction. No setup fees, no monthly minimums.
What's included in the Pro plan?▾
Reduced 5% fee, 10 stores, unlimited packages, player CRM, automation rules, A/B testing, revenue alerts, store widgets, custom domain, and priority support.
Is there a free trial for Pro?▾
The Free plan is always available to test everything. Upgrade to Pro anytime and downgrade if needed.
Are there additional fees for card payments?▾
Stripe charges its own fee (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) on top of ForgeStore's fee. This is standard for all Stripe-powered platforms. PayPal has similar fees.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from Billing settings. You keep Pro features until end of billing period, then revert to Free.
