What does "per transaction" mean?
ForgeStore takes 5% (free plan) or 5% (Pro) of each purchase in your store. For card payments, Stripe fees (~2.9% + $0.30) are also deducted from your earnings. Crypto payments only have the ForgeStore fee. Example on a $10 purchase on Pro: you receive approximately $8.91 after all fees.
What payment methods are supported?
50+ cryptocurrencies via NOWPayments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, LTC, BNB...). Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via Stripe — live now. PayPal available if enabled.
Are premium themes a one-time purchase?
Harbor theme is completely free. Other premium themes (Nexus, Apex, Vortex, etc.) are a one-time purchase per store. You own them forever — no subscription, no recurring fees.
How do withdrawals work?
You can withdraw your earnings from your dashboard once you reach the $10 minimum. Withdrawals available in crypto (to your USDT/BTC/etc. wallet) or by bank transfer via HyperWallet (pending approval).
Does ForgeStore require identity verification (KYC)?
No. ForgeStore never requires identity documents from store owners or players. You can start selling in minutes, and your players can buy anonymously with crypto.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Pro billing is monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The free plan has no time limit — use it as long as you want. If you'd like to discuss a Pro trial, contact us.
What is the 48h hold on Stripe payments?
For Stripe card payments, your earnings are available for withdrawal after 48 hours. This hold period is standard to prevent fraud and chargebacks. Crypto payments are available immediately.
