Accepting Crypto Payments

Part 1 — Create a Crypto Wallet
Your earnings will be sent directly to your crypto wallet after each sale. You need a wallet address to get started.

Get a wallet address
You need a USDT (TRC-20) wallet address. Use any crypto wallet or exchange that supports TRC-20.

Create a new wallet
Click the fox icon → Create a new wallet → set a strong password. You'll receive a Secret Recovery Phrase (12 words). Write it on paper and store it safely — this is the only way to recover your wallet if you lose access.

Copy your wallet address
Click on your account name at the top → your address (starts with 0x...) is copied to clipboard. This is your Ethereum address — keep it, you'll need it.

Never share your seed phrase with anyone — not even ForgeStore support. Anyone with your seed phrase can steal all your funds. ForgeStore will never ask for it.
Part 2 — Buy Crypto (for testing or spending)
If you want to test your store by making a real payment, or simply acquire USDT to withdraw your earnings to fiat, here are the easiest methods:
Method 1: Buy directly in ForgeStore Pay
ForgeStore Pay has a built-in fiat-to-crypto purchase feature. Log in to your payment dashboard → Buy Crypto → choose USDT → pay by credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard). Fees apply (~2-3%).
Method 2: Buy on a Centralized Exchange
The cheapest way to buy crypto with a bank card or PayPal:

Create an account on your chosen exchange
Most require an email verification. Coinbase and Binance may require ID verification (KYC) for bank transfers — but NOT for receiving crypto from ForgeStore.

Buy USDT (recommended stablecoin)
Search for USDT (Tether) → Buy → enter amount → pay by card. USDT is pegged to the dollar — 1 USDT = ~$1 always. No volatility risk.

Withdraw to your wallet
Exchange → Withdraw → paste your wallet address → choose TRC20 network (cheapest, ~$1 fee) → confirm. Arrives in 1-5 minutes.
Method 3: P2P Trading (no KYC for small amounts)
On Binance P2P or Bybit P2P, you can buy USDT directly from other users paying by PayPal, Revolut, Wise, or bank transfer. Usually faster, no platform KYC required for small amounts.

Best network for USDT: Always use TRC20 (Tron) for USDT transfers. Fees are ~$1 vs $10-50 on Ethereum. When sending, make sure sender and receiver both use TRC20.
Part 3 — Set Up ForgeStore Pay for Your Store
Now that you have a wallet, let's connect it so players' payments go directly to you.

Set up your payment account
Go to
your payment dashboard →
Create API credentials in the dashboard. Account created instantly, no email required for most use cases.

Create a Merchant
Dashboard → Merchants → + Create → name it after your server → submit. Copy the Merchant UUID — it looks like xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.

Create an API key
In your merchant settings → API Keys → Create Payment API Key → copy it. Keep it secret — it's like a password.

Add a Webhook
ForgeStore Pay handles all payment events automatically via ForgeStore's internal system.

Configure in ForgeStore
ForgeStore Dashboard → Store Settings → Details → scroll to ForgeStore Pay section → paste your Merchant UUID and API Key → enable → Save. Done!

Test it: Make a demo purchase on your store. In your ForgeStore Pay dashboard you should see a new invoice appear. In demo mode (no ForgeStore Pay keys), payments are simulated automatically.
Part 4 — Withdraw Your Earnings
When players buy from your store, the money goes directly to your ForgeStore Pay merchant balance. Here's how to get it out:
Option A: Withdraw to your wallet (automatic)
ForgeStore can automatically send your balance to your configured wallet address. In Dashboard → Cashout:
- Enter your wallet address in Ledger & Payments
- Choose the network (TRC20/USDT recommended — lowest fees)
- Click Save Wallet
- Payouts happen automatically when your balance reaches the minimum threshold (~€5)
Option B: Withdraw manually from ForgeStore Pay
Log into your payment dashboard → Withdraw → enter your wallet address → confirm. Funds arrive in minutes.
Option C: Convert to fiat
Once USDT is in your wallet:
- Send USDT to your exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken…)
- Sell USDT → EUR/USD/GBP
- Withdraw to your bank account or PayPal
